I am trying to move from a electric tank water heater to a gas tankless water heater. My house is a 1.5 bath house, and I may make it a 2 bath house. I was llking at a 6.3 gallon tankless and I will have the gas line run to the house.

The hot water heater has to be reset everytime someone takes a shower or runs the wash machine. The hot water heater is located in the closet of our condo. 40 gal 32 1/2 x 23 (water heater measurements)
